See where your space has gone, recover a deleted note, and reclaim what is no longer needed.

The Data screen has a storage dashboard that breaks down where your space has actually gone, rather than reporting one unhelpful total.
Trash
Deleting a note moves it to the trash rather than destroying it. The Trash view lists what is in there, tells you how much space is recoverable, and offers restore or permanent deletion.
Lock the notes you cannot afford to lose
A locked note cannot be trashed by accident at all.Orphan files
Over time, media can end up in the app's storage with no note pointing at it: an image attached and then removed, a recording from a discarded note. Scan for orphan files finds them and reports how much space they are using.
The scan is careful about what it offers
Databases, backups and the TTS cache are excluded by design, so a scan can never offer to delete your notes.Caches you can clear
- TTS audio cache: spoken audio kept so replays are instant. Safe to clear; it regenerates.
- AI thinking cache: the stored reasoning traces from thinking-mode answers. Often the largest part of saved conversations.
- AI conversations: every saved chat. Clearing these does not touch your notes.
